Meet Our Sales Staff

Bruce G. Levesque, President	Bruce is owner and operations manager of Industrial Pump Sales and Service, Inc. He also maintains his position within our sales department, putting his 20 plus years experience in the pump industry to good use. He has completed training at Aro, Itt AC, Brown and Sharpe, Roper, Floway, Paco, Dunham Bush, Goulds, Peerless and John Crane factories. He specializes in System Building and Technical Repairs, maintaining Boiler operator and Pipe fitter licenses.
Joe Rocchio, Sales Manager	Joe brings over 30 years of pump engineering and sales experience to Industrial Pump. As sales and marketing manager he has introduced a number of programs to maintain customer service. His education includes an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Joe assists Bruce in company planning and has been active installing many energy saving plans for our customers.
Ron Chappell, Sales Associate	Ron has a 25 year background in the quality control and industrial wastewater metals recovery. His background has left him with a strong knowledge of chemicals including properties and safety. He has completed training at Roper, Goulds, Brown & Sharpe and Aro factories. He has a BS in Business management and is the head of advertising for the company. Retired from 26 years of duty in the Army/Army Reserve & National Guard, he now spends his free time coaching youth baseball and soccer. (putting his drill sergeant experience to good use).
Sean LaRiviere, Sales Supervisor	Sean joined Industrial Pump in 1995 starting as parts salesman and has quickly become a major contributor to our pump sales, and was promoted to Sales Supervisor in 2001. The son of our co-founder, he grew up in the pump industry. He has also completed training at Paco, Aro, and Goulds, with such an extensive knowledge at such a young age, Sean has a great future ahead of him. He also has a strong knowledge of computers, and serves as backup to our network administrator.
Mike Dufour, Outside Sales	Mike Dufour started as an outside salesman in October of 2006. He had previously worked for Industrial Pump as a Service Technician. He successfully completed the MARISBO boiler training, AC Tech training for drives and controllers, ENSTAR certified for energy savings and currently enrolled in management training at Bryant College. Mike will be happy to visit your premises when needed to help make suggestions on how to improve your pump applications.
Melissa Rebello, Marketing Assistant	Melissa joined us in May of 2005, as an assistant for marketing. She has the responsibility of maintaining an accurate and up to date database of our customers. With the constant and rapid changes made in today's business environment, it is a never ending job. She utilizes her excellent people and phone skills daily to get the job done.

Margaret Viveiros, Controller	Maggie joined us in 1991 as our Controller, she has a Bachelor's degree from U-Mass Dartmouth in accounting. Her responsibilities include all of the accounting functions as well as the maintenance of our computer systems. She is the designer and the person who maintains this Web-Site.
Lynne Chappell, Accounts Receivable	Lynne joined us in 1992, as our accounts receivable clerk and receptionist. She has a Bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College and many years of office experience. She is the person who makes sure you are invoiced correctly and in a timely manner. She is also the first point of contact with our customers as she answers the incoming calls.
